Jean Johnson is an initiative-taking REALTOR, dedicated to putting her clients’ always needs at the forefront. She started her real estate career in July 2014 and has enjoyed rapid success, achieving a Hampton Roads REALTORS Association Circle of Excellence award every year in the profession. Jean discovered her love for the real estate business after a successful career with the United States Navy. She spent 6 years on active duty, and 5 years in the U.S. Navy Reserves. As a 10-year Navy civilian, Jean was an engineer, a project manager, and eventually taught at the Naval Postgraduate School in the Systems Engineering Department. She has translated the talents and skills from her early career to her real estate career. Jean prides herself on professionalism, mindfulness, customer service and enthusiasm. These principles have earned her high praise from clients and enabled her to build her business through many referrals from satisfied clients. Jean graduated with both undergraduate and master’s degrees from Old Dominion University. She lives in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach with her husband, Jeff, a retired Navy Captain. They have three amazing little boys - Nate, Colby, and Jake.
