Jean Pral

Jean has served as a contract negotiator for five San Francisco Mayoral Administrations, totaling 20 years of strategy negotiating, labor relations, and project management skills. This experience transferred to the sector where she successfully interfaced with labor, community and other special interest groups bringing parties together for deal making opportunities.

Jean’s real estate career began in 1986 as an associate Broker with Jon Douglas Co. in San Francisco. Jean then went on to start her own brokerage firm, which she successfully operated for eight years.
