Working with Jeana was not just easy, it was fun and rewarding. From the first phone call she was warm and eager to help me find a new home and got out to the site first thing in the morning. It was a good thing too because another party was considering an offer at the same time. But Jeana teamed up with her office and my lender to make my offer the strongest, even though it was below asking price and even below the competing offer. That helped us win the offer which, but that’s when Jeana really got to work scheduling all of the inspections, managing all of the deadlines and informing all of the downstream negotiations. My deal had an unusually large amount of moving parts, but thanks to Jeana’s hard work, everything came together in the end. Jeana still helps me now, and I consider her a friend. I couldn’t have been luckier to have found her. Thank you Jeana!

Jeana is the best advocate anyone wanting to buy a house can hope for! When I found my forever home sanctuary, Jeana was able to secure my home and close a preliminary deal with the owner within 24 hours! Jeana Beech is an absolute rockstar of a Realtor and was a total game changer for my Partner and I! Upon initially meeting her at an open house we quickly decided to go with her as our realtor and boy are we glad we did! She made house hunting feel like playing in the sand!

My family and I began house shopping a few months prior to meeting Jeana. The search for an affordable starter home in the California Bay Area was difficult to say the least, with the market becoming increasingly volatile. And due to the fact that we were expecting our second child we had no time to wait for prices to stabilize. We were growing increasingly anxious about finding a reasonably priced home to say the least.

That is until we met Jeana! From start to finish she helped us streamline the entire home buying process. She helped us figure out exactly what we needed within the house and what we could live without to help narrow our search. She frequently took the time out of her day (often after regular work hours because she was willing and able to be flexible in regards to our busy schedules) to show us any potential properties we were interested in. She used her network and knowledge of the area to find properties we would have had no idea existed, guiding us to our dream home with care and efficiency. She maintained her quick working professionalism throughout the entire process, helping us to close in under a month! Just in time for our families latest arrival, a new baby boy!

Myself and my partner will be forever grateful to Jeana for all her help and hard work, rapidly finding us not just a fantastic house within our budget, but a home, OUR home! That we all cherish and look forward to filling with love and light for years to come.
