Jeanette is passionate about selling single-family homes and renovating properties. In 2017 & 2018, Jeanette sold around $20 million (over 100 transactions) in Real Estate and restored around 20 St. Louis homes. She was named St. Louis Magazine’s 5-star agent as nominated by her clients. Jeanette loves the Real Estate process and works to identify each home’s unique strengths to fully highlight their best features and quickly attract the right buyers. Her creative marketing strategy incorporates both traditional channels as well as new strategies based on the latest technology available. She stresses the 3 P's with sellers -- Presentation, Promotion, & Price. She is known for her honesty which pairs well with her aggressive negotiation skills to NET her sellers the most money for their homes. Jeanette understands that buying or selling your home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will make and as such, she is committed to creating a stress-free, informative, and fun experience along the way. Jeanette received her undergraduate degree at Westminster College & her master's degree at Lindenwood University. She has been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person since November 2011. She recently bought & renovated her current home in Tower Grove & loves spending time with her Boxer Ruby & golfing at local golf courses.
