09/15/2015 - lb41347 Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Billings, MT. I contacted Jeanette to do a market analysis on my home - I had no intention of listing the property as I was a real estate broker years back and felt I could accomplish the same end result as she could. My intention was to sell my home and rent. Jeanette was very patient, explained that I should get credit approved just in case I decided to buy once my home sold. In the end, I never tried to sell on my own, Jeanette listed my property (sold in one day because it was priced right!) and once I was bank approved, she showed me properties in my price range and I ultimately purchased a new townhome. All in all, a seamless and fun experience. I recommend her whenever I can.

She helped me figure out the value of my home and gave me advice on how to show my house to its advantage. She had my house online very quickly so other realtors could see it was available. My house sold right away. Jeanette was always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. If she didn't know, she would find out & get right back to me. Jeanette also helped me find my new home. She took my criteria for a new home and gave me a variety of houses to look at. The whole process was very smooth, thanks to Jeanette.
