About Jeanette

Hello my name is Jeanette Martinez (Jeanie) and I am a Real Estate Sales professional with Century 21 Beggins at the Apollo Beach Office. I lived in the French and Dutch island of St. Martin for 15 years where I raised my three children and was owner of 2 Subways on the Dutch side and a commercial fishing boat, ”The Crusader” on the French side. I was very active in the Catholic Church teaching Catechism to children to receive First Communion and preparing the Hispanic adults for Baptism. Then Hurricane Luis happened in 1995, devastating the island, changing its economy and affecting their schools. I moved back to Puerto Rico where my 2 sons and daughter finished college.

I became a Real Estate Agent in 1998 where I started with Coldwell Banker IDC serving corporate and military clients under the Relocation Division. I worked with Elite Homes and New Home Projects in the metropolitan area. After the first year I was Manager and Training Manager of a Coldwell Banker office.

I choose to work with brand name companies. I believe in their systems and all the tools they offer the agents, constant training to give a better and more professional service to our clients.
In 2009 to be closer to my parents I moved to Florida and joined Century 21 Beggins, the number one Century 21 Company in the state of Florida and one of the top 15 in the Nation.
