I was a first-time home-buyer moving to the Reno area from out of state AND starting a new job. I really appreciate that Jeanne is kind, genuine, caring, timely, professional, detail-oriented, and tenacious. When I first met her, I could tell she was a wonderful person who just loved working in real estate. She took all the time we needed to see everything that might be a good fit for me. She is organized and has a great sense of humor. Even when we ran into a snag with the seller, Jeanne was on top of the issue and charged straight ahead so we could close before I arrived in Reno. I can't imagine ever working with anyone else in Reno, as she is absolutely the best!

I am relocating to Reno, and so I needed to know price ranges, ease of freeways, and especially the different areas in Reno. Jeanne spent 3 days showing around and included where markets are, exercise paths, everything! I was most impressed with how she had all of the property listings printed out for me in a neat little folder (even included a pen) so that I could take notes to remember the details of the different houses. I never once felt she was trying to push me towards buying, like other realtors have done. And a rainy day didn't scare her away!!! I could see how much work she put into making my search so much easier. She had routes planned out which included open houses. Even more impressive than that, she took the time to understand what I really wanted! She is one smart realtor and also very easy company. I will defiantly be calling her when the time comes to move

My wife and I have been renting a house in Fernley, Nevada for the past 5 years. The owner offered to sell us the house at a very reasonable price but we wanted to explore the market and see if we couldn't get a slightly larger home. I let Ms. Moline knew this at the outset of our relationship but this in no way deterred her from offering us total dedicated service. She made numerous trips from Reno, used her vehicle, and showed us homes within the price range we wanted to stay. I remember her telling me, outside of one of the homes she showed us, that we should do what is most beneficial to both of us and not to feel any obligation to purchase from her. I knew that she meant what she said and that was deeply touching; her time, her money, and do what is best for us. We wound up purchasing the home we had been renting but definitely know that if circumstances arise, there is only one real estate person we would use. She still communicates with us to this day. What more can one say except thank you Ms. Moline for for your professional service and caring as a fellow human. Love and respect without conditions is what Ms. Moline is all about.
