If you are searching for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Jeannette as she sold two homes in different MD counties for us one in 2020 and the 2nd in 2021. If we could review her above five stars, definitely would.

Jeannette is a true real estate professional and her experience and recommendations to sell our home of 27 years were extraordinary.
Any questions we had, she answered very promptly and reassured us that all would be fine. Once the listing went "live" on the market, our home sold in 10 hours with an offer above asking price.

We contacted Jeannette again in June 2020 to sell a family property in Frederick County which sold in 1 day also above asking price.

Jeanette has listed 3 houses for our family. She is a consummate professional and extremely easy to work with. If any issues arise, she has an assembled team of contractors and consultants that she integrates seamlessly into the process. Jeanette is always available and is a very diligent real estate broker. Jeannette is extremely knowledgeable of how to navigate all phases of selling or buying a home. Specifically, she recently helped us sell a unique property in Westminster MD and from first meeting with her and having her explain the process and her experience in the area and knowledge of everything happening in the marketplace provided us peace of mind. Jeannette’s energy, work ethic, responsiveness, and professionalism are of the highest quality and then the icing on the cake is that she has a team & network of additional professionals to help along the way. This included great photos of our 10acre place w/awesome drone footage, general contracting, and well & septic experts that all work in step with Jeanette. The significance of the additional support is that most of these professionals are booking 6-8 weeks out but when Jeanette makes the connection they made time for us. We will forever be grateful for going with Jeanette for one of the biggest decisions and events in our life. You can tell that she absolutely loves her job and I know that makes a huge difference. Jeannette is always so responsive and helpful! She is there for you each step of the way and truly takes care of her clients. She truly wants the best for you. She pays attention to detail and our house was under contract in 2 days with the most flexible buyers as we were contingent in a wild market. She made sure we got just what we wanted too. Jeannette sold our home in Carroll County in 2017. We relocated to SC but missed family in Carroll County. We thought of purchasing a second home (condo) in Carroll County. Months before, we contacted Jeannette and asked many questions. Jeanette was knowledgeable, professional and answered our questions promptly. When we were ready to begin our search we were able to access a variety of homes in our price range. This was helpful to let us be aware to what and where we wanted. Being out of state posed its own challenges in reviewing available condos. Jeannette reassured us with each property we looked at. She was unbiased and let us make our own decisions with her guidance. Once we found a condo we wanted she had the professionalism and expertise to help us decide on our offer. Once our offer was accepted she could have easily been less visible. However she continued with the same diligence in our condo purchase she had the whole time. She was available to us day or night and always answered questions and reassured us all was ok. Her relationships in the real estate profession were very obvious to us as she was very respected by not only other realtors but also on the financial end. We were walked through the whole process with ease. She even helped us find someone to assist with some renovations we wanted done after the sale of our condo! Now that is over and above! We love her!

As a business woman it is refreshing to find a realtor that takes your calls or returns calls within a short period of time. Jeannette made me aware of the fact commercial property was new for her, but it did not stop her from getting me through a very stressful and emotional experience. Jeannette is truly the best realtor, hands down. She is an outstanding professional who was there to help us every step of the way when we were searching for our new house. She is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working and very accessible via phone call, email, text. When we needed to have a contract offer in during the evening because the seller was making a decision the next day, she was on top of things, and we got our contract in. Jeannette knows her numbers, and she helped us make an offer that was competitive without exceeding house appraisal, even when there were multiple other potential buyers also making offers. She helped us find our new house in the middle of winter, when there was a scarcity of houses for sale, with many people looking for houses due to the record low interest rates. In other words, she is a miracle worker! We are so grateful for her dependable guidance and look forward to working with her again to sell our old house. Thank you, Jeannette; we love our new house!

Jeannette has always been a great friend, so it was a no brainer to reach out to her when we started the home buying process!
