It was a pleasure working with Jeannette. She calmed my concerns about the selling/buying process and worked fast and efficiently to secure an offer on my home in less than 24 hours. Always available to answer any question big and small and trust me I had a lot of questions, but she was always very patient and explained everything thoroughly. She made a process I expected to be somewhat stressful a relaxed and easy experience. We are a military family who recently moved across the country excited to buy a house of our own again. Mrs. Jeanette exceeded our expectations in a realtor. She listened to our needs and wants in a home and provided excellent recommendations. When we found homes we wanted to view, she visited the home and provided a virtual walkthrough. She also scooped out the neighborhood and even talked to neighbors. When we finally were able to visit the area from CA, she cleared her schedule to show us properties based on our schedule. She was an advocate and encourager through the home buying process and when the pandemic hit before we closed on our home (before we arrived to the area), she went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed to continue to move through the process.
