Jeannette Kohlhaas

Jeannette is a resolute ‘Professional Realtor’ whose skills go far beyond Real Estate. She has been in sales all her life and is a true negotiator and people person. She is an ambitious person, always thinking freely. Her friends give her the ‘Energizer Bunny Award’ because she keeps going, and going, with her cheerful outlook and high spirits. Her competitiveness from her former LPGA Golf Professional days is what sets her apart from her competition. She played on the LPGA tour from 1980-89, and presently plays on the Ladies Sr. Tour during the summer. She loves all sports, has an expertise in networking and marketing, great computer skills, and has the old-fashioned attitude of always using the “Golden Rule…do unto others, as you’d have them do unto you!” She has a strong work ethic and knows what it takes to be the best at what she does, which is currently helping MANY families with their Real Estate needs.

She has been married for 35 years to the same wonderful Christian husband, and they have an impressive 29-year-old son who is a golfer, basketball player, Professional Ballroom Dance Instructor and Trained to go to the 2020 US Olympics in Archery!!

Jeannette started this Career to help her clients! She likes to win! Having moved seven times in 11 years, she can relate to her clients’ emotions and stress that goes along with the buying and selling process. She also has seven investment properties, so she understands the financial side of Real Estate extremely well. She will help everything be “A straight Shot to a Successful Closing!”
