Hi there! I'm Jeannie Conrad, licensed Realtor serving sellers, buyers, and investors in Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort plus Jasper and Beaufort Counties.

My journey in real estate began in Feb 2021 where I worked for a busy team as an administrative assistant and client concierge expert until I became a licensed Realtor in November 2022. Since being licensed, I have assisted and represented both buyers and sellers in the sale/purchase of their homes/villas/condos for residential and short-term rental sales. In June 2024, I joined Coldwell Banker Realty and proudly serve all areas of the Lowcountry of South Carolina!

I'm a dog mom, a lover of learning and life, and an introverted extrovert. I love people and all things social just as much as I enjoy solitude and decompression time alone, snuggled up with my best friend pup Junior.

Native of Winchester, VA and born just outside of the DC area, I made my way to Bluffton SC in the summer of 2016. After a plethora of jobs ranging from 20 years of retail management to medical field opportunities, student teaching, and so on, I finally found a field where my experience in a multitude of various fields of expertise were able to come together seamlessly; I couldn't be happier with this choice.
