I know we were unreasonable at times, but Jeannie always responded as if we were her only clients and helping us was the most important thing she had to do all day. 3) The recent financial crisis has made the loan process complicated. We needed to sell the property that my mother-in-law had occupied for 70+ year--and we had to do it remotely given that we live 600 miles away from it. Jeannie gave us excellent advice and found us a buyer within a couple days. She then took on a messy situation with a combative tenant on that property who was unwilling to vacate. Jeannie was beyond professional in every regard, patient, kind, absolutely straightforward, and unfailingly firm without ever a confrontational retort despite numerous situations that would have caused a lesser mortal to lose it. Because of Jeannie being totally on top of the entire process, she kept in touch with Escrow and Title Company through the process and made everything happen according to her time line she had given me. I have moved several times with my husband and after the lost of my husband this was my first move on my own.
