Jeannine Lemmon

eannine brings over 20 years of real estate experience and 25 years of marketing, communication, and public relations experience to Patriot Realty. She is an Associate Broker and co-owner of the company. Jeannine has successfully represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in 15 counties throughout West Michigan, handling transactions ranging in price from just a few thousand dollars to over 1 million.

One of her specialties is working with buyers who are locating to the West Michigan area. She loves helping people find just the right home in their new community and works hard to make the relocation experience smooth and enjoyable! And as a life-long resident of West Michigan, she knows the community well!

A graduate of Calvin University with a degree in political science, Jeannine began her career with the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, where she established and managed a number of economic development and membership programs. She left the chamber as Senior Vice President in 1990 to become the Marketing Director of one of West Michigan’s largest law firms, Varnum. While at Varnum, she implemented a comprehensive marketing program, which included research, planning, advertising, and public relations. In 1997, Jeannine joined the Grand Rapids Christian Schools as Director of Communication, managing all of the publications, advertising, and media relations for the 3,000-student school system.

Jeannine holds the designations of Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR) , Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).
