About Jeannine

Jeannine was born and raised in Pittsburgh and attended Penn Hills high School and the University of Pittsburgh. The University of Pittsburgh graduate was the owner of several retail businesses that focused on the fashion industry prior to entering the real estate world. They were very successful, but the "online industry" was starting to dominate the clothing industry... She realized "early on" that the internet would change consumers "buying habits" and her thriving business. Jeannine was also active in real estate investment and owned eleven properties. It only seemed natural to become a realtor and she has "never looked back". After a few years on her own Jeanine joined her mother, Virginia Scherder, in 2003 as a mother /daughter team. They specialized in residential luxury homes along with golf course communities, relocation, 55+ communities and condos. Virginia retired a few years ago and I am now working with my husband Kevin concentrating our focus on the Pittsburgh area

Jeannine offers a free market analysis, home staging, home remodeling solutions, a comprehensive marketing program tailored to each client, and constant communication with each client. Through persistence, integrity, and always "doing the right thing", she has prospered for over twenty years, and consistently exceeds her clients’ expectations.
