We chose Jeannine as our agent to assist with sourcing and purchasing our first home. We were continually impressed with Jeannine's knowledge of real estate, her prompt response time, availability and her genuine care for her clients - she continually went above and beyond to get to know our personal needs and to assist with any questions we had. It was important for us to find the perfect home, so we were not in any hurry to achieve that. Jeannine was very patient and diligent with us - we never once found her to be pushy like some other people may have experienced with different agents. Our dream home was on the market for approximately 48 hours and 2 offers had already been placed. This is where we most appreciated Jeannine's expertise, she was able to provide us with exceptional insight towards how to make our offer more lucrative but still fair (as we did not want to miss out on this home!). We are overjoyed that our offer was accepted and to have closed on the house promptly. Her title may be realtor but that also includes guidance counselor, encourager, cheerleader and all around great lady! What a great Agent, Not my first house but the first time I find that at the end I really like my realtor...ended up in a wonderful house at a great price and even had some fun going through the process.
