Jeff Barnhart

Jeff Barnhart was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. In 2005, after moving to the Sacramento area, Jeff became a top loan officer at Paramount Equity Mortgage. He garnered such awards as Rookie of the Month and Triple Crown before being promoted to Division Manager.

In 2008 Jeff left the mortgage industry to pursue his interest in Real Estate. He quickly became a top producer and sold 16 homes in his first 6 months. He was on the Placer County Masters Club for both 2009 and 2010, as well as serving on the Masters Club committee.

In 2010 Jeff started investing in real estate, primarily focusing on courthouse auctions. His time spent with buyers in the previous years offered an incredible amount of insight into exactly what buyers look for when purchasing a home, thus enabling him to improve the properties and get the biggest return on dollars spent.

With the bank-owned era of real estate being a thing of the past, Jeff currently focuses exclusively on the residential real estate needs of both buyers and sellers. He resides in Roseville with his wife and 4 boys.
