My wife and I started this process as first time home buyers with no real idea what to expect. Jeff was recommended by a friend and we could not have been happier with our experience.

We never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, after 3 or 4 days spent looking at houses with Jeff we felt ready to concede that maybe our expectations and our price point did not match. It was Jeff that reassured us we were not being unrealistic and advised us not to settle.

Shortly after that, several houses we were interested in came on the market and Jeff was able to get us in at a moments notice. We found the house we wanted that day and Jeff helped guide us through the next stages of the process, getting us a fair price and some important concessions from the sellers post inspection. Although the legal side of things was mostly out of our sight, our closing attorney remarked that few realtors were as prompt or thorough with their end.

In short, we both feel incredibly lucky to have had Jeff as our realtor during the start of the COVID housing craze. Could not recommend highly enough.

Jeff is someone who you want to be there with you when you're making that decision to find a place to live.

When I was first looking for a place, Jeff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to line up numerous places. Not only that, as a first timer in finding a place, Jeff made the process extremely simple and exciting.

Jeff wants to get to know you and help you find the new house to make you feel comfortable, safe, and at home! He certainly did that for me!

When I first decided to buy a house I had no idea what I was doing! The nerves, where to begin, the excitement. Jeff completely made things fun, easy and presented the necessary steps to take in a great, easy to understand way! The best thing about Jeff is his honesty and professionalism. That’s Jeff though, kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful to the point that I found my home AND was able to close within a month. A MONTH!! He was fast on his part to get things moving along and as long as you meet halfway and do the work YOU need to do, you’ll find nothing short of success.
