I can honestly say that Jeffrey Blaha is the absolute best realtor to have in your corner. He talked me down off of a few proverbial ledges, coaxed a deal where the buyers' realtor seemingly dropped off the face of the planet, and all with calm, humor and grace. He also scored my next house for me OFF MARKET by finding the seller's agent and finessing an off market purchase of my ideal house. In this market, to get my house of choice in Richmond without a bidding war is a feat in and of itself, and Jeff has done it all for me. No kidding, Jeff is better than any other realtor I've ever known. I feel lucky to have him looking out for me and my biggest investment.
