We recently worked with Jeff and his team to purchase a new home and sell our old one. The process was so simple. We fell in love with a home and Jeff was able to negotiate and get the price down to a number we only dreamed about. When it came to selling our home, this is where Jeff truly shined. While getting our home ready to put on the market several bumps came up, Jeff helped to solve every single issue. He even had a contractor show up and start work THE SAME DAY, since we were working on a timeline to get it listed. Ultimately, our home sold with multiple offers and over list price. I was constantly blown away by Jeff’s personal care for his clients. I never want to move again, but Jeff is the guy I will call if I ever do. I cannot recommend Jeff and his team enough. He helped us through the sale of my mother's townhouse, sticking with us and providing sage advice through every twist and turn -- rising interest rates, falling prices, competing inventory, and even working with a seller whose own house sale in another state needed to close before we could finish the transaction. Working with Jeff was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, kind, incredibly responsive, and was very sensitive to our wishes and needs. One of the things we most appreciated was his honest assessment of how much work we should do before putting our house on the market -- what would increase the value of the house and what was just not worth spending money on. He gave us tons of time and came to our house many times to help us make decisions about how to stage our house before sale. There is no pressure, solid advice when needed, and greatly helpful with decision making. He knows the market and negotiates well for his clients. His top-notch team dealt effectively with my bank and the county courthouse, regarding a loan record error which very nearly delayed settlement. Our family was very satisfied with the way Jeff and his team sold our family home. Jeff always had time for us even before we signed a contract enlisting his services. Prior to deciding to sell our home, we had a lot of questions with what is certainly a complicated process. Jeff would always pick up the phone with answers to all of our questions never getting ahead of where we were and he helped us move forward. Once enlisted, Jeff offered tips to assist in selling the house. I was very happy with his recommendation of painters Suubi and Sons. His photographer was outstanding using drone overhead and walk-through technology. Jeff's team's strategy of "prelisting" our home to asess demand paid off. He brought in alot of foot traffic once it listed. Within a week we had multiple offers which Jeff went over with us. We made it to close and exhaled! Jeff was delightful to work with through more than a year of house hunting. He is patient, cheerful and quick to respond. With the real estate market being in a frenzy for most of 2022, he even set us up with someone else in his office when he was on vacation and a listing we were interested in came on the market. I would recommend Jeff hands down! I came to Jeff after being unhappy with another realtor, and it took only two showings before finding and securing my new home. The process didn’t come without hiccups but Jeff was on top of following up with the other agent and lender. We came up with creative strategies to make my offer competitive. There also were some issues with the lender that he helped resolve to ensure I was being treated fairly. Even after the deal was closed Jeff provided contacts and recommendations for renovation projects. He was very responsive to my phone calls, text messages and emails. Jeff is exactly who you need in this crazy market!

Jeff helped us buy our new home and sell our former home in a period of two months. These are highly stressful experiences, and Jeff did so much to minimize and/or relieve the stress associated with the entire process. During the whole time, it was as if Jeff was our personal concierge realtor - as if he had no other clients. Texts, emails, and phone calls were answered with a response time that was nothing short of amazing. He was on top of every issue, had a good answer for every question and for the few that he wasn't able to answer on the spot, he had resources to tap for the information. We met him through a virtual open house; that house didn't exactly match our needs, and we described what we were looking for in a house. He paid attention; a few weeks later he came to us with the ideal property. He advised us well in placing a bid, and in dealing with the subsequent brief bidding war. In selling our house, he did a thorough assessment of our property and comparables, helped us determine what improvements were worth making before going on the market, and advised on how best to stage our house using our existing furniture and belongings. He had very high quality photographs taken of the house, and they were presented in a manner that made it easy to understand the layout of the house. All this, combined with his excellent marketing plan, created strong interest in our house which led to a quick and easy sale at a very very good price.
It was a true pleasure to work with Jeff for several reasons. One, as mentioned, he did a great job for us. Two, he has very high ethical and professional standards and treats everyone well. You can trust him with your home search or sale whether you are white or a poc, buying your starter home, looking for an expansive place, or ready for a retirement home. Three, he has an excellent sense of humor which is absolutely key in the crazy home search and sale process!
We have bought and sold several houses before this and never has the process/interaction with the realtor been as smooth and pleasant as it was with Jeff. Do not hesitate to trust your home search or sale with him.

Jeff Chirico is an exceptional real estate agent and I highly recommend working with him. Jeff has helped us sell two homes in the past, and most recently (2021) helped us both sell our home and purchase our new one in Elkins Park, PA.

We have previously worked with other agents, and Jeff stands out because he is an incredibly hard worker, is focused on his client’s needs, and has the highest level of integrity. In this most competitive market, Jeff worked quickly and gave great advice on our offer to the sellers, such that the offer was accepted the same day before other offers were entertained.

Jeff then turned around and marketed our house through a comprehensive strategy using social media, agent networks, traditional mailers, and even filmed a commercial using a professional crew. Jeff was there to move furniture and stage the home, help us price the home competitively, and fielded many calls and texts from us during the process. No question or concern was to small and Jeff was always honest and cheerful. Our home sold within 4 days, at 13% over asking.

Lastly, Jeff was thoughtful enough to see that our young daughters would have a hard time transitioning to the new house. He took it upon himself to schedule a time for our daughters to tour the house themselves and ask him any questions before we moved in. Jeff also arranged for a photographer to document our first time in the new house together as a family.

In conclusion, Jeff Chirico is an awesome realtor. He provided immense value through hard work on our behalf, which resulted in a faster and higher home sale, as well as a drama-free purchase of our new home.

We cannot thank Jeff and his team enough for an amazing home buying AND selling experience!! Meeting randomly at an open house when we were casually looking for a new home, Jeff took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for -- even though we told him we might not move for another 2 years.
