In 2015, Jeff Collins with Quality 1st Homes did an excellent job listing and selling our house in Westminster. The Lord Jesus called my family to another church, and we had to move in less than a month. Jeff did a great job in guiding me on the listing price for our home. I believe that because of how he listed our house, there was a bidding war, and we sold it by the next month for $50,000 more than we asked. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone buying/selling real estate in Westminster and the surrounding areas.
