My name is Jeff Copeland and I’ve lived in St Pete for a total of about 16 years and love the Tampa Bay area. I’ve lived in the in the Shore Acres neighborhood in Northeast St Pete since 2006, and I’m married with two teenage boys.

As an active real estate investor myself, I consider myself an “investor-friendly” real estate agent. But those same skills that make me a great real estate investor or investor-friendly agent (like evaluating the value, condition, and cost of repairs on a property or negotiating the best price), are also invaluable to first-time home buyers, couples, and families considering the sale or purchase of a home.

As a 21+ year military veteran and a Certified Military Relocation Professional, I also love working with veterans and relocating military personnel to ensure they take advantage of all the savings and benefits they’ve earned!

My education and work experience are also a great asset to my clients; I hold a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in management and international business, and I have several professional certifications in risk management, emergency management, and human resources, and have held executive management positions in county government and higher education.

But real estate has always been my passion !
