I moved to Phoenix late in 2011 from Minneapolis, MN. My wife is a native of Phoenix and all she had to say to convince me we should live here is that I would never have to put my golf clubs away again. It worked.

We purchased our first home in 2012 and, with a new baby girl, we have started a family. Having so recently experienced these things, I can tell you there is little that provides as much satisfaction for me as helping someone buy their first home. I understand and fully appreciate the joy and pain of house-hunting and want to do everything within my power to make it as rewarding for my clients as it was for me.

As a realtor with Mojica & Associates Real Estate, I apply that same care to clients selling their homes.
