Jeff was born in Seattle, Washington and raised in Bothell, WA, graduating from Inglemoor High School and Seattle University with a degree in Accounting and Marketing.

He entered the real estate business with a specialty in condominium marketing and recreational real estate. During his 31-year career, he has developed 17 award-winning resort condominium communities throughout the Western U.S. including Napa Valley and Big Bear, CA, Leavenworth, Chelan, Ocean Shores and British Columbia, Canada including Whistler, Vancouver and Victoria.

Jeff’s real estate practice includes extensive buyer and seller representation of residential properties throughout the Puget Sound Region. Jeff has been married to Joanne Warner since 2008. His favorite recreational activities include travel, cycling, downhill skiing, tennis and sailing.
