I have been affiliated with the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. In 2009 I became a licensed Realtor in Virginia, and then also in Delaware. In 2016 I moved to Tucson, Arizona and became a Broker. During my career I've had the privilege to work with very unique properties, creating my niche. Properties such as horse farms, Bed and Breakfast properties, multi-use properties, etc. I understand the "out of the box" thinking that is required to sell these type of properties for the highest dollar possible. My experience as a professional videographer and photographer allows me to market my listings with not only an artistic eye, but also a knowledge for how to appeal to buyers.
