If every profession had professionals like Jeff Fairchild there would be no need for litigation attorneys. The hardest working man I know. Years ago I used Jeff to assist me in acquiring a piece of property. Although a deal had never been completed, Jeff never stopped adding me to his loop of clients. To this day he is always in contact.
Hopefully some day we can do business with Jeff to reward his constant connection with me. Until then Jeff, good luck with your endeavors.

We relocated from Ormond Beach to Palm City in 2019. We were considering Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Palm City so our search was extensive and lengthy in time. We met and decided to work with Jeff about 10months before we were able to sell our Ormond Beach home and contract on a home in Palm City. During the entire time and multiple visits Jeff kept us updated with new listings within our guidelines and was very helpful without being overly aggressive or intrusive. During the last few days the market for homes had dwindled and we needed to act fast. Jeff was there to get us into homes quickly and it was a lot of work over a 48 hour period. We saw and bought our home within a few hours of it coming on the market due to Jeff's efficient work and he helped us negotiate a great deal. I highly recommend Jeff as your real estate agent.

Jeff was diligent in helping me find and purchase our new home. He listened to what I wanted and spent all his time to get the right house, never leaving a stone unturned (so to speak). My purchase made it difficult because of being an artist and wanting studio space at my purchase point. Also lighting was very important to me. Thanks, Jeff.

Jeff helped me to find last year a very nice condo, in a beautiful place and was exactly what I was looking for. We took 2 weeks to find it, and other 2 weeks for the International Closing.
He was very effective sending me all the information on time, and connecting with the right people to make the closing soon. Everything flowed smoothly. Two years ago, he helped me to find another condo, he is a great person and Agent.
We buy more than one properties and sell it very fast. Now I live in another city and I miss Jeff, is not easy to find someone like him, always ready to help to buy or to sell. Thanks again Jeff.
