I'm ready to Sale My Home and move to AZ. The house needs new everything. I though it maybe a long term and costly ordeal getting it ready to sale. This is my first house so I never sold one before. I started looking for a realtor in my area by reading online reviews and found it be overwhelming complex. Then I checked the realtor reviews in the area that I wont to move too and it's a lot easier to find one in a smaller town. So I called the AZ realtor and asked him If he could help me find a realtor to Sale My Home. The AZ realtor found Jeff for me. Jeff came over and checked out the house. We talked about selling it as is or fixing everything first. Jeff informed me on the current housing market and that I could Sale it without having renovations done. Jeff got the housing value and put it on the market for 5 days then he found a buyer. All the contracts are done online so all I had to do is check my e-mail and phone. Jeff is very conciseness and knowledgeable. I'm happy and got lucky that Jeff is selling my house.

I've bought 2 houses this year using different realtors. Hands down the process with Jeff Fogler was far better. I felt like I was on a team with Jeff for the big things like setting an asking price and the actual negotiation process. He kept me up to date when things were changing and sometimes he just pinged me during the waiting for closing day, I never felt like I hadn't heard from Jeff for too long. He set up the appointment for the closing with all my wishes in mind.

Being a first time homebuyer is extremely stressful and overwhelming in general. Not to mention with the housing market being how it currently is. From trying to find houses, and them being under contract within 24 hours; Having to estimate how much houses will go over asking price, etc. Jeff, really took all of that stress away. He is hands down the most personable, relatable, honest and caring realtors one could ask for. Jeff puts the clients needs over his own and he will 100% go to bat for them. He has incredible knowledge of the industry, and home building as well. Jeff has turned our journey to buy a home into an absolute joy. He is hands down one of, if not the best realtor you could ever ask for.
