I am not a writer, nor do I regularly provide feedback on services provided. However, I consider this an exception because other families need to hear about Jeff Franklin. His is a realtor with incredible integrity, character, and a passionate sincerity in serving clients. A diamond in the rough.
Truthfully, I have moved my primary home upwards of 6 times; I have never seen a market like the Phoenix market is now. Finding a new home in the area is nearly impossible with such a high demand for houses. Both new and preowned. As our realtor, Jeff brilliantly helped us navigate the market. Jeff showed me through our experience house shopping with him, its not a realtor's knowledge or experience alone that makes the difference. It the realtor's wisdom, which is the application of knowledge gained through education and experience.
Even more, Jeff didn't represent or make me feel like just another sale, he listened to our needs; demonstrated a high level of integrity and character. He made me, my wife and kids feel like friends or family through a sincere personal touch that is extremely rare in today's market.
In the end, my family came out ahead our prior home sold over asking price and found a new home, in this crazy market, that meets our families need. It wasn't luck. It was the difference Jeff made as our realtor.
Again, Jeff is a diamond in the rough. Don't look for a realtor out for the next commissioned sale. Jeff's highly successful approach is through servanthood toward his clients and a tenacity toward getting his clients into a home.

Jeff Franklin is very knowledgeable and does a great job. My home was completely without furniture and he “staged” my home with paintings and other “props”, prior to listing it. As a result of Jeff’s expertise, my home sold within three days for a price which was 10% more than the asking price. My advice to anyone selling their property is call Jeff Franklin.

Thankfully Jeff convinced me to buy a less expensive home! After my lender pre-qualified me for $380,000, she recommended I call Jeff Franklin who would help me find the right house. After discussing my goals with Jeff, he asked, “since you would like to retire soon would you be interested in looking at homes around the $300,000 price? Then you could apply the difference to your retirement goals.” I was quite surprised and grateful Jeff suggested a lower purchase price because it was the right thing for me even though it would result in less commissions for him. Not just looking for just a house, my fiancee and I were looking for a home for our new family. After already having one bad experience with a previous Realtor, we were thankful to my coworker who referred us to Jeff. Jeff was the most patient human being on earth dealing with us, well mainly my picky fiancee. He took us all over the valley setting up routes with printouts of every home we looked at not to mention he answered every question we asked and if he couldn't answer it he would always get back to us later with just what we wanted. Jeff Franklin has a passion for real estate that shines in his work. Real estate can be quite a burdening experience but Jeff makes it simple and understandable for us. He listens to each individual experience, crafts a list of homes based on our needs and wants instead of just giving "cookie cutter" suggestions, then follows up by staying in constant communication about the status. (I appreciate this quality in him quite a bit!!).
Now, just when I thought I couldn't be more blown away with my real estate agent, Jeff explained some non-traditional services by allowing a chat about financial independence and giving suggestions on how to establish increased buying power during our home buying experience.

Jeff is our family realtor and will remain that from here on. He was always available when I wanted to go look at a home and was able to work around my 9-5 job. We are first time home buyers so we thought this process would stress us to the max. We found the house we wanted but it was already in the process of someone else buying it, he notified us as soon as the previous person fell through and helped us get the house we dreamed of!
