Jeff is one of the best agents I have ever worked with in regards to buying and selling my homes. He is the most knowledgeable person I know in his field. He takes you thru step by step, explains everything as you go, alerts you of the problems he can see. And is the most patient. Always answers your calls,or returns your calls promptly. Jeff and his family are great to work with. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. The house buying and selling experience can be stressful, but Jeff explains everything as you go along as to what to expect next. He has professional business relationships with alot of people in the industry that he refers you to as well. Jeff has over 30 years in the business and you can feel secure in knowing that he is working for you. I will definitely use House Want and Jeff for my next buy/sell transaction and he is highly recommended from me! 5 stars!

Highly recommend! I honestly don't know what we would have done without Jeff and his team. We were going against multiple buyers and Jeff just made it happen. Steered us away from a couple of situations we're glad we didn't put ourselves in. There's a lot of dishonest agents out there (we came across a few just going to open houses) and if we didn't have someone as experienced as Jeff I feel like we would have been tricked and misled by some of the sellers agents. Every step of the way, every hiccup, every issue Jeff was available to navigate us through this process. We got our dream house and we owe it all to House Want Reality!

Mr. Gates is amazing. We gave him such a variety of ideas and needs and locations and he sorted it out for us. Every house he showed us - in a horrible market (very low inventory) - was spot on. Any houses fresh on the market were shown to us within a day or two of going up for sale. I can't express how fortunate we felt to have someone as attentive as Jeff working for us. I felt like we had an advantage at every stage of the search.

His advice and accumen got us our forever house and we couldn't be happier. We've dealt with other realtors before who were "fine." But if you want someone you *know* you can rely on, someone you *know* you can recommend, you need Jeff Gates. amazing.

Jeff was absolutely fabulous! The first day he came out to our house he took his time in explaining to us the steps needed in order for the sale to run as smoothly as possible during this market. He walked us through our house and pointed out areas in need of TLC and what others would be the focus of buyers! We received an easy to understand report that gave us houses sold in our area and value estimates that helped us price our home of 20 years appropriate for today.

After completing Jeff's to do list and only one day on the market, our house sold above asking AND we closed just 3 weeks after! Talk about getting it done fast.
