I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff Hallas on several transactions over the last year. I have been fortunate enough to work with many outstanding real estate brokers (in past residential transactions) but never have I had the pleasure to work with one who is so tirelessly responsive.. above the beyond the boundaries of what is necessary. Jeff is not only quintessentially professional, but his knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. He is a gifted negotiator on both sides of the transaction, always with his client’s best interests in mind. A formidable communicator, Jeff is a laser focused and patient listener who has the ability to zero in on what is most important. Mostly, Jeff clearly enjoys the process, is open to feedback, and has become a trusted partner and collaborator. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The end of a legacy is fraught with emotional and logistic turmoil. One which faced us was to sell our late parent’s condominium in Lost Tree. It had brought immeasurable joy to our retired parents and imparted memories over three generations.
I traveled across the country to start the process of moving and listing the home with a real estate agent. Our decision was made more difficult by the number of great professional choices. We narrowed our selection to the less obvious elements which we discovered as we began packing and preparing the condominium. There were dozens of things we would need help with, especially after leaving… How do we work within the restraints of the condominium association? What to do with unneeded furnishing? How do we stage the apartment? Who can do small repairs? Wash windows? Can someone pick up mail and forward it until the post office changes the address….The list went on. We needed a realtor that had good connections, was readily available. Someone who could navigate all the minute details in addition to the big picture of the sale.
The apartment sold within several weeks. Our intuition proved right, Jeff and John of Illustrated Properties seamlessly guided us through the process. They were in regular contact and always available to take calls and calmly help us through the closing and final move. There are smaller and larger real estate firms, which all help bring in buyers. However, as a seller we do not think we could have had a better experience. Illustrated Properties surpassed the degree of caring, professional aptitude, and presence, we imagined. They had an innate ability to help us understand our needs and help us navigate this difficult journey.

Mr. Jeff Hallas has represented me twice: for the purchase of my West Palm Beach home in 2015 as well as the most recent sale of the same property. I have had the utmost trust in every aspect of my interactions with Jeff. He has consistently gone above and beyond to insure a stress-free, organized professional experience for me. In the past before my association with Jeff, I had an awful and extremely upsetting sale of a previous property where the buyer backed out the day of closing. I can only say that Jeff Hallas, P.A was outstanding in the purchase of my new condo as a realtor and beyond that. I recently moved to the area to be closer to my aging parents and wanted something close to them. Jeff was able to quickly summarize my likes and dislikes. Additionally, working with his Illustrated application along with me sending him listings, he was always available to answer my questions and be flexible to go and see the listings I wanted to see. He followed through with additional questions to the seller realtor, HOA, etc. Jeff was patient with me along with things did not go smoothly in the transaction(s) as well as being a conduit of communication between the mortgage broker and title company to help with closing transactions. I can only say you will be in good hands with Jeff.
