Jeff Kendall

My background is Mechanical Engineering out of Northeastern University. My dad was real estate broker, investor, owner and developer on Cape Cod. I guess it gets in your blood somehow. I managed and subsequently bought my first property at 19yrs old and have loved the industry ever since. I owned and operated a roofing/siding/window company for 14 yrs and a handyman service before that. My HKU(Hard Knocks University) degree has brought me to this time of proficiency in several aspects of real estate.
