Jeff Kendall

I started as a property manager at 18 years old. Growing up, I worked with my dad who owned Kendall Realty on Cape Cod. We did clean outs and prepped new construction homes. I guess it's in my blood. I have had construction and renovation businesses along the way; but returned to selling after a few bad experiences with agents personally. I knew that with my engineering, sales and construction background; I could bring a higher level of service to the marketplace, and so it began. My clients know that not only do I desire to have their best interest in mind but that I'm more than capable of doing just that. A realestate transaction will usually go smoothly and most agents can process the necessary documents. However, when a transaction goes off the rails that is when you need a well rounded pro to make certain that you and your resources are fully protected.
