Jeff has been an absolute pleasure to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient. We were quite particular with our search and he really listened to our needs and criteria in a home. Jeff is responsive, always available, and definitely made our first house hunting and home buying process easy! I can’t remember how many questions we threw at him, and Jeff was always able to answer or follow-up with researched information. I highly recommend him to be your realtor!

First and foremost, Jeff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the entire home buying process. From my initial meeting to the closing of the sale, he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
He went above and beyond to help me find the property i want within my budget and he always honest and transparent about the homes we viewed. His knowledge of the local housing market and negotiation skills was instrumental in securing a great price for my property.
He was always quick to respond to my calls and emails and made sure that i understood everything that was happening.
Overall, I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by my agent. He truly exceeded my expectations and made my first buying experience a memorable one. If I could rate Jeff’s abilities higher than 5 stars, it still wouldn’t adequately describe how easy and successful he made purchasing our first home. Jeff is very knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. He consistently facilitated open respectful & timely communication, while displaying a unique ability to not just meet expectations, but exceed them. Jeff communicates as well as he listens and adapts to the needs of his clients consistently. During an extremely tight sellers' market, Jeff selected scores of homes for us to choose from to match our evolving tastes. He was always open to scheduling viewings for properties that we selected as well. We toured a wide variety of homes in DC/MD/VA. Jeff was prompt in providing comps and honest when sharing his professional and personal opinions, based on a lifetime of experience as a local. He shared both benefits and shortfalls on various neighborhoods and homes. Jeff was responsive, effective, respectful, patient and trustworthy.
