Jeff is a first class realtor. Working with Jeff was no doubt the best experience I've had in a real estate transaction. Jeff was not referred to me nor did I know who he was. Prior to putting my home up for sale I conducted an extensive search for a realtor. In total I personally interviewed 7 or 8 realtors. I chose Jeff because he best understood the objectives I was trying to achieve and also met most of the criteria in what I was looking for in a realtor. Throughout the entire selling process Jeff was always professional and always provided sound advice. On a few occasions he advised against some ideas of mine. He was always professional and I appreciated the criticism. In the end we both had a mutual understanding on what the end goal was and together we sought out to achieve that. Jeff's leadership and expert marketing skills produced multiple offers above the list price and four days after being listed. I attribute this to the strategy Jeff laid out, the beautiful pictures he organized of our home, his expansive marketing plan, and his careful study of comps in the area to price the home appropriately. Working with Jeff was an absolute delight and there is no doubt I would sign up to work with him again. Thank you, Jeff!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff when looking for my home. From day 1, Jeff was extremely responsive. All throughout the negotiations and closing Jeff was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen.
