Jeff Menday

Jeffrey Menday is a 1973 Graduate of Renton High School, a 1978 Graduate of the University of Washington and an Alumni of the Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity. He has currently been with RE/MAX Northwest Realtors since 1995. Jeff is lifelong resident of the Seattle metropolitan area, is married with 3 grown children who have all graduated from college. Jeff is an “In-City Specialist” working with sellers and buyers. He also has specialized knowledge in listing and selling estate properties. His strong negotiation skills make him standout above the crowd. Jeff’s RE/MAX career awards include the Hall Of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement awards. In addition, he has been a Platinum award winner for the past 15 years.

Outside of real estate, Jeff’s passion is helping at risk teens gain the confidence and discipline needed to be successful adults. He accomplishes this through coaching basketball and football. He has been a respected and admired volunteer coach with the Seattle Public Schools for many years. Currently, he is the assistant Basketball and Football Coach at Franklin High School. Jeff is also a longtime supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and Youth Care charities. Jeff is very community minded, frequently volunteering for neighborhood projects. He also serves as President of the Olympic Manor Community Club, and has been on the OMCC Board in one capacity or another for over 15 years.
