Jeff did an outstanding job going to bat for me in a competitive Seattle market! Being new to the area, he took the time to introduce me to and drive around showings in multiple neighborhoods (both homes and condos) before settling on Belltown. Jeff went the extra mile to dig for information about properties that were not available via the NWMLS listings. Combined with his knowledge of the local market, it allowed us to approach negotiations with a solid foundation and saved thousands off the list price before closing.
