During the preparation, sale and follow-up of our home sale, Jeff and the team he works with were GREAT. Having already moved out of our house and now living well over an hour away, he was able to keep track of construction upgrades (paint, carpet, other touch-ups) to be completed accurately and on-time to our listing. The suggestions for use money for these improvement vs dont waste your time/money on others proved beneficial to hour house sale. We sold over the first weekend listed at 8%+ over asking price. Marketing, home staging, pictures, internet exposure all coordinated with Jeff and the team. Thanks for the great turn-around time on the property.
