About Jeff
Jeff O’Dell has been with G. Randall Hammond and Co. since 2008. Jeff has served and excelled in
several roles at GRHCO. He became the top producing Associate Appraiser within the first year at
that position. His current responsibilities include managing work flow and client relations, sourcing
new business, internal review, project management of complex eminent domain projects, and
production. His Appraisal and consulting experience includes valuation of a wide variety of
commercial and investment property types. He has also successfully brokered multiple commercial
real estate transactions.
As a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), Jeff has received approval for over 4,500
hours of third-party valuations, market studies, and feasibility analyses. Clients served include a
broad base of local and national investment firms, property owners, development and operating
companies, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, and REITs. He has completed
over 450 hours of continuing education, including all qualifying education for designation.
Jeff has been appraising properties since graduating from the University of Georgia with a major in
Risk Management. Prior to GRHCO, he worked at Progressive Insurance as Claims Generalist and
Property Damage Appraiser. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Kennesaw
State University with a Real Estate focus. He holds a Georgia Certified General Appraiser License as
well as a Georgia Real Estate Sales Person License.
His Appraisal and consulting experience includes valuation of a wide variety of commercial and investment property types including, but not limited to the following:
