We worked with Jeff for nearly a year. We came from out of state and so scheduling and planning was tough. He was always available and always scheduled nearly perfectly given the crazy circumstances. Fortunately in a tight market he found my wife and I a great canal front spot and closed it quickly. If not for Jeff, we may have lost it, the sellers agent was doing his best to take it away. We appreciate his fantastic work ethic and all he did for us.

We cannot thank Jeff enough for all he did to help us find the perfect 1st home! My fiance and I feel like we had been searching forever, and in this economy, who doesn't feel that way? Jeff took us to ALL of the homes we found, usually within the day/next day, and would have them lined up for us to see back to back. He was diligent, straight forward, and honest about a lot of things to do with the home buying process. He even offered to help us pass the VA inspection by installing GI plugs. You're the man Jeff! Me and my wife moved back to Michigan from GA from the military. We where beyond stressed on when thinking about buying a house. We went with a VA loan and where matched up with Jeff. He was available 24/7 and if he didn’t answer his phone, he texted, or we knew it wouldn’t be long till he called us back. While working with Jeff to find a home, he didn’t care what we needed or where we needed to go, he said I’ll meet you there. We went outside his usual area of selling (homes), and he drove an hour + whenever we needed him or when he thought he should be there (ie. Inspection)

Hands down the best realtor someone could ask for. Knowledgeable, confident, reliable, and all around a nice guy. The stories I heard of him doing things for other clients to make them happy made me 100% confident in knowing, I’ll be contacting Jeff for every house we buy going forward. It was an awesome experience and don’t have a negative thing to say about him.

This was my first home purchase and was an out of state sale. It seemed pretty daunting, but Jeff was absolutely amazing to work with. Did all the leg work to find us a great place, clearly explained a lot of the more finicky issues of the purchase process, and helped me get through first time buyers jitters. This was the 3rd home I bought in my life, last one was 21 years ago. Being 2200 miles away and trying to buy a retirement home was stressful and challenging to say the least. I was introduced to Jeff at Michigan homes group by email/text. My wife and I had a 5 day window to get to Michigan from Oregon, look at prospective houses, and hopefully make a decision. We dove right in, Jeff, armed with our "wish list" contacted us with a number of houses to look at when we arrived, some of those fell off the list due to offers, so we were in a pinch to add to the list, the morning after we arrived we gave Jeff a list of houses to replace the ones that fell off and he accommodated us 100%.
My wife found the perfect retirement house, told Jeff we wanted it, had 2 days before we had to leave. In that 2 days we had a great locked in interest rate, and most of the details done, to include an inspection. My wife and I departed with full confidence that we would get the house. 1 month later I returned to close on the house. Jeff was a true pleasure to work with, he kept us informed of the status of everything, and explained everything in great detail. My wife and I were amazed at how fast this all happened. I highly recommend Jeff Papsdorf at Michigan Homes Group for realty needs, the personal attention he gave to us in our "unique" circumstances was greatly appreciated.

Very low pressure and realistic realtor. He really cares about what’s best for the customer, not his pocket book. He has sold two of my houses. When the inspection uncovered a few minor issues, he came over and fixed them himself. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Jeff Papsdorf has been an excellent broker and resource for the three homes I've sold and purchased over the last 20 years. He understands the market and determines if a home is valued correctly based on features and location. I appreciate his ability to capture what's important to my family when looking for the next home while suggesting homes beyond our focus in case they have features we haven't considered. I also appreciate his technical ability to recognize good or poor workmanship in the homes we tour; providing helpful recommendations for making good decisions. When it's time to close on a home, Jeff has everything prepared in advance so I only need a pen with a lot of ink for the large amount of paperwork involved :)

If you're looking for a home, Jeff Papsdorf is your man! I have used Jeff for more than one purchase and each time it was a great experience. Jeff is attentive to your needs and honest when it comes to showing you houses.. I had been searching for a house on the water for some time without any luck. I was actually on vacation and sent Jeff a few houses I wanted to see upon return. Jeff took it upon himself to add 'one more' to the house tour that day. Wouldn't you know it...I ended up buying that house and love it to this day! Thank you, Jeff!
