I’m a full time real estate broker with over 26 years of experience in the Lancaster County area. My business relies heavily from the referrals of past customers and clients and I work hard to earn their trust and future business. I strive to promote a professional relationship with all parties involved in a real estate transaction, and I’m constantly evaluating and adjusting my business to better serve you. I realize the emotional burden and stress that is often associated with the purchase or sale of a home, and I make sure that I facilitate each transaction with a compassionate and empathetic attitude.
I believe in straightforward explanations. I think people are smart enough to make their own decisions, as long as they have all of the pertinent information in order to take everything into consideration. Hiding, misleading, and not disclosing information isn't going to help you find the right home nor sell the one you have. It certainly won't help my reputation and future business either. There are many bad stereotypes of real estate agents and I work very hard to ensure that people realize they don't apply to all agents, especially not me.
I specialize in residential sales. I take pride in negotiating the best price and terms for my clients. My service area is the entire county of Lancaster, and I have a thorough knowledge of the educational, cultural, recreational and business resources in the area.
I truly care about making people happy. I know people trust me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends & family to me because they know I will always have their best interest in mind, and I do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. Jeff was such a huge help to us in finding our first home! He was extremely patient as we asked him a bunch of dumb questions (and continue to ask). He helped my mom find her house to raise me and I knew that I could trust him to help us find what we need without spending too much. He also was very honest with us about things that could be wrong with the house. I swear he has Eagle eyes with some of the stuff he saw.
