This was a lot of material in a short period of time but Jeff kept the content engaging and was sure to point out key point for the class final exam which was a MARJOR help!!!
He is super knowledgeable and was able to apply many of the principles to real life scenarios that we asked him during the class, which was really helpful!!! Thanks Jeff! Highly recommend this to anyone considering a condensed course for Florida Real Estate pre licensing!

I was extremely nervous to take this real estate class as a young 24-year-old. Jeff is a very good teacher and he made the class easy to digest . I took the week session so it was a lot of information to take in with only a short amount of time , but with certain tricks and tips from Jeff plus a lot of studying, I was able to pass the class with flying colors . I do recommend Jeff Ragan for anyone looking to take this Real Estate class in the future . Don’t be nervous , you got it !

When my wife and I were thinking about buying a home some friends of ours highly recommended Jeff with Friendly Real Estate to help us. And we feel our trust was not misplaced! Buying a home (especially for the first time) can be an emotional roller-coaster and exhausting! Jeff Ragan of Friendly Realty is an instructor at The Real Estate School, Inc. and is an outstanding real estate broker. For disclosure purposes, I am the president of the Real Estate School.
I know many, many brokers in Tallahassee, and most of them are very competent, honest, and hard working.
When it came time to list our house in Betton Hill, it was a very easy decision about who I wanted to help in the sale. Jeff Ragan!
Jeff worked tirelessly to market our property and contacted me often. He put our house on the market on October 12. The next day he presented a contract at full price by a qualified buyer. Can't get much better than that!
