Jeff has been involved with the local real estate market in Warrensburg, MO and the Kansas City area for over 26 years and is a lifelong area resident. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry and has financed hundreds of new homes, commercial properties, and development projects. Jeff and his wife, Rachel, are active in the development of commercial investment properties, residential subdivisions, various land investment projects, and multiple restaurant concepts. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Missouri and Kansas.
Prior to joining Action Realty Co. he was an Executive Officer and Director of the Bank of Holden, his family''s business since 1957.
He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University and the Missouri School of Lending.
Jeff is a former Mayor of Warrensburg, served two terms on the Warrensburg City Council, serves on the Warrensburg TIF Commission, and is a member of the Warrensburg Planning & Zoning Commission. He is a former President of the Midwest Missouri Board of Realtors and has served as a State Director of the Missouri Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce, Whiteman Air Force Base Community Council, and Masonic Lodge.
In 2012 Jeff was named a Ingram''s Magazine 40 under Forty honoree. Ingram''s serves as Kansas City''s preeminent business magazine and honors the area''s best and brightest each year in their Powerbook issue.
