About Jeff

Jeff Walker is known for bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to each real estate transaction. Jeff became a licensed real estate agent in 2005 while working in the mortgage industry as a loan originator. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business from San Diego State University, Jeff went on to earn a Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA. In 2014, Jeff became a licensed attorney; having focused his legal education and practice on contract and real estate law.

In 2015, Jeff became a licensed real estate broker to further elevate his expertise and ability to assist his clientele in all real estate capacities. Jeff uses each of these tools to most effectively and zealously represent his clients. Having a legal background enables Jeff to ensure that negotiations are fair but firm, contracts are meticulously detailed, and that property analytics and transfers are seamless.

While the majority of Jeff’s business is focused on the metro and coastal San Diego communities, he has worked with clients up and down the state of California and has a passion for both local and international properties. Each of Jeff’s clients benefit from his individualized services which include creative, strategic, and innovative marketing concepts. Furthermore, Jeff’s network with an array of fellow brokers and marketing partners, provides clients with an incredible platform for premium property access and exposure, both online and in print.

In his spare time, Jeff loves traveling, hiking, playing tennis and golf, drinking good coffee, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son in their Mission Hills neighborhood.
