Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Jeff launched his real-estate career in 1999 and quickly built a
reputation for putting clients first—a principle that continues to define his 25+ year career.
With a B.A. in Economic and Urban Geography from UC Davis, Jeff combines analytical
insight with deep local knowledge of Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties. His understanding
of neighborhoods, microclimates, and market dynamics allows him to strategically match
buyers and sellers with opportunities that meet their goals.

Jeff currently serves as an Ethics Advocate and sits on the Professional Standards and
MLS Committees for the Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS®. He is a past Director
and former Housing Foundation member and was honored as 2015 REALTOR® of the Year.
Deeply rooted in his community, Jeff has been an active member of the Santa Cruz Host
Lions Club for over 20 years and currently serves as President. He also mentors new
agents, sharing his experience and enthusiasm for helping others succeed. Outside of real
estate, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, embracing all that the
Central Coast lifestyle has to offer.
