Awesome experience all the way! We live far away from the property we bought. So there were more risks and uncertainty involved. Jeff had been on site for us all the way. He told us the good and the bad about the property and we felt in good hands. He has a lot of renovation knowledge and gave us his honest opinion about what needed to be done so we felt confident to move ahead with the buying process! He went the extra mile to help us, even took the lead to move the inspection date after Milton to make sure the property would be ok. It could have stop the deal from closing, but he made our interest a priority. 5 stars Jeff, a big thank you again!

Jeff Wood is a highly professional realtor who balanced representing both me and the seller on finding and closing on a home in Ocala, FL on 1-8-2024, while ensuring a fair and pleasant transaction. I was out of state at the time, and Jeff gave me video walk-troughs and inspections, then walked me through every step of the buying process without a hitch. He coordinated the inspection, then met with the seller to fix small items found during the inspection. Jeff gave great tips about what to do with the house I bought after purchase, who to contact for services, what the area was like, and much more. Jeff is a great realtor to work with. We were not able to get to Florida to look at houses due to the pandemic and having underlying conditions. Jeff went to 6 or 7 different homes and did virtual tours for us. He recommended financing for us. He negotiated fixes needed that were found during the inspection and also took pictures for us after the closing that were needed for our homeowners insurance. Jeff really went the extra mile for us by delivering the keys to my dad so we would have the keys when we got to Florida. Jeff is the BEST!
