Jeffery Nath

Jeff was born in Anaheim, California, and grew up working in his family’s flower shop. As the son of a florist and a farmer, and as the grandson of an immigrant entrepreneur, he learned the value of hard work at an early age. After attending Orange Lutheran High School and Fairmont Preparatory Academy, Jeff was admitted to the University of California, Berkeley at the age of 17, where he studied analytic philosophy under John Searle, eventually earning his degree in both Philosophy and Legal Studies.

After a brief time working in the financial services industry, Jeff started working in the Orange County real estate industry, founding a brokerage that specializes in property management in 2008. He enjoys working in an industry that is fast paced and constantly changing, but also allows for him to take the time to create personal connections with a diverse group of people. He works closely with tenants and on-site management, as well as with the owners of the properties, serving as the common ground upon which the needs and wishes of these various parties are combined and realized.

In his down time, Jeff enjoys kayaking and skiing with his high school sweetheart who he was lucky enough to marry, skateboarding and riding bikes with their two children, fishing and horseback riding with his buddies from the Padre Junipero Serra Riders, and doing dorky stuff when no one is looking like playing classical piano and reading.
