Over the last four years, Jeff helped us purchase two homes as well as sell our first home. He has so many qualities that make him a fantastic agent and broker. Having worked in the field for many years, Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about market conditions, including current state and future state. With well-research data in hand, he provided us with sound predictions to aid our decision making in selling and buying. In addition, he is able to provide an unbiased perspective on the overall structure of any property being toured. As a couple who toured unique properties — often resulting in fixer uppers — this experience was extremely beneficial. Moreover, Jeff is incredibly patient. He endured more tours than we can count and did so with a smile on his face. Moreover, when we were faced with challenges out of our control and stress increased, Jeff remained calm and provided us with steadfast support and balance. In addition, Jeff is also readily available. I do not believe that there is another agent that provides his level of availability. His responses to texts are never more than just a few minutes, and he is always willing to hop on a call. Moreover, he can set up a showing at a home within minutes. Lastly, he flawlessly navigates and coordinates with the different parties in any transaction (i.e., agents, inspectors, lender, etc.) on behalf of the buyer/seller. You will not find a better communicator. Having worked with Jeff multiple times over the last four years, we can say with confidence that he is of the highest quality that you will encounter in the field of real estate.
