Jeffery Simpson

Jeff Simpson, a Hoosier born native raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, fell in love with Arizona’s promise of abundant sunshine and the variety of spring training games it offered, when he first drove through it during his cross-country sabbatical this past year. It was then he hatched his new plan, with the help of his wife Kate and dog Bleu, to establish his home base in the West Valley and begin a new career in real estate.

A former respiratory therapist turned medical equipment industry entrepreneur, Simpson established his previous company, Advanced Healthcare, on his home turf back in 1999. Over the next 15 years, his company grew to be the largest Northeast Indiana provider specializing in home oxygen and sleep apnea medical equipment. When presented with the opportunity to sell his company in 2012, however, he decided it was the perfect time to get out of the healthcare industry and take a year off to tour the country like he’d always wanted.

Having long been curious about the business of buying, renovating, and selling real estate, Simpson thought this would be the perfect opportunity to launch himself into an exciting new career with Realty ONE Group. Now with several properties already under his belt, Simpson finds his hands-on approach to customer relationship management is best served by his attention to detail and commitment to walking with integrity throughout the entire real estate process. As such, Simpson has once again established a successful foundation for helping clients achieve their own dreams of buying and selling real estate.
