Jeffery is definitely a Bay Area local. Born in San Francisco and raised in both SF and the East Bay, he remembers the time when we could easily find parking spaces in the city. The furthest he had moved away from the Bay Area was to Davis, California, where he pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of California Davis. He now happily resides and calls Dublin and Pleasanton areas his home.
Real estate for Jeffery started from pure curiosity. Growing up, one of his life goals was to become a homeowner soon after graduating from college. He studied and graduated with a Biochemical Engineering degree from UC Davis and upon graduation, he was ready to figure out how he would buy his first home. His self-sufficiency and drive for knowledge led him to figure out the real estate jargon and intricacies of the industry.
While looking for an entry level engineering job in the harsh winter of 2008 (harsh meaning the economy, not the Bay Area weather), Jeffery took three real estate classes and got his realtor license. His background and skills in engineering helped him crunch the math better and find solutions faster. The combination of his unique skill set and experiences allowed him to be more thorough than other real estate agents out there. This resulted in his exciting career path and love for helping others with their real estate goals!
