Jeff has recently helped us sell a house. I was worried when selecting a Realtor, as we've had bad experiences with other dishonest realtors when selling before, but I am so glad that we went with Jeff. He was working with us every step of the way, went above and beyond, answered all of our concerns and questions and communicated openly and readily. Jeff was able to help us buy with our dream home via FaceTime and is very generous with his time and resources. He was able to help us find a lender via his personal professional network and continues to assist us from a distance. Buying virtually was not daunting at all with his help.

Couldn't have done it without Jeff Baccari!

We were tasked with selling our home in Central Florida and buying a home in South Florida at the same time. Jeff found us an associate to help the sale of our house in Central Florida and began showing us every property imaginable in the Hollywood Beach area we wanted.

Once we found a property that we fell in love with, of course it was just over our budget. But with Jeff leading the way, we were able to work with the sellers and make a deal. Once Jeff locked in he was like a bulldog! Assertive, attentive, responsive, and detail oriented. His only goal was making sure we got the house we wanted with no surprises. Mission accomplished, and thank you Jeff, I couldn't recommend Jeff Baccari highly enough!
