About Jeffrey
My background and degrees are in Healthcare Administration, although I have always had a strong tie to the housing industry. I grew up in a construction family; my father and uncle owned a custom home company, building half million-dollar homes in the 70’s and 80’s. So, housing has always been in my blood. In June of 2017, I decided to make a career change and follow my life-long desire to get my Real Estate license and jump full-time into residential Real Estate.
My passion is helping others achieve their dream of home ownership, especially those who may not have thought they could be a homeowner. I specialize in first time home buyers and sellers, as well as individuals who have had life-changes requiring them to make changes in their housing. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), ReeceNichols’ Community Agents In Action (CAIA), the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP), and GayRealtor.com.
I enjoy volunteer work in the community, working with organizations such as the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Southwest Missouri, an organization that provides advocacy and a voice for children in the Foster Care System, and Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Greater Ozarks. Additionally, I am a wish grantor for the Make a Wish Foundation, and I have served on the planning committee for one of Southwest Missouri’s largest non-profit fundraiser organizations, Springfield Black Tie, for the past 16 years.
I am here to help you in any way that I can to make your home selling/buying a smooth and happy experience. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I know the importance of listening to the needs and desires of my clients and I welcome the opportunity to assist you in achieving your real estate goals.
