Jeffrey DeLucia

Jeffrey grew up in Franklin Lakes, NJ. He began his business career after college in 1985 by starting a mortgage brokerage company in Rutherford, NJ. In 1989, he opened a restaurant in East Rutherford NJ. Community service is important. Jeffrey became president of the Rutherford Chamber of Commerce in 1995. Jeffrey started his real estate career in 2007 and became a Broker/Associate in 2013. He is also a state-certified Residential Appraiser licensed since 2010. Jeffrey is knowledgeable about properties in neighborhoods of Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic counties through the real estate and appraisal businesses.
